Gail Moncla brings a wealth of experience to her clients. Gail is a licensed real estate instructor and broker, with over 20 years experience. Gail served as the Founding President of the Orlando/Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. This chapter was awarded "Chapter of the Year" for 1996 in its first year of membership. She was actively involved in the formation of FARPM, The Florida Association of Residential Property Managers. Gail feels by being an active participant in these organizations she is able to not only be aware of changes within our industry, but be involved in effecting changes which help both investment owners and residents.

Gail is a Certified Property Manager^® (CPM) through IREM, a Master Property Manager^® (MPM) through NARPM, a Property Management Expert^® (PME) through FARPM, Inc. Previous designations also include Residential Management Specialist^®, (RMP) through NARPM and Certified Residential Management Specialist^® through FARPM, Inc. Her past license experience has also included the LCAM - Licensed Community Association License.

Gene Bennett began his property management career in 1975 with the purchase of his first four rental properties. He gained his real estate license in 1977 choosing to specialize in residential property management. Gene has been a real estate broker for over 25 years and a licensed real estate instructor for over 20 years, having taught thousands of students throughout the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

Gene is a Certified Property Manger^® (CPM) through IREM, a Master Property Manager^® (MPM) through NARPM, a Property Management Expert^® (PME) through FARPM, Inc. Previous designations also include Residential Management Specialist^®, (RMP) through NARPM and Certified Residential Management Specialist^® through FARPM, Inc. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from LaSalle. His past license experience has also included the LCAM - Licensed Community Association License and a Licensed Mortgage Broker.

As President of Home Property Management, Todd Breen brings a wealth of experience to his clients. While studying in high school and college, Todd worked as a handyman for the company from 1978 to 1985. Graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic College with a BS in Business Administration in 1985, Todd became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and worked as a property manager until 1993 when he purchased the company. A published writer and speaker, Todd contributes articles to the National and Florida Associations of Residential Property Managers. He wrote a trade journal for Property Managers which was published in 1995, and is a founding member of the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers. An innovator in the property management field, Todd is also an investor himself. We are proud to have Todd as a part of our property management team.
