Gene Bennett began his property management career in 1975 with the purchase of his first four rental properties. He gained his real estate license in 1977 choosing to specialize in residential property management. Gene has been a real estate broker for over 25 years and a licensed real estate instructor for over 20 years, having taught thousands of students throughout the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

Gene is a Certified Property Manger^® (CPM) through IREM, a Master Property Manager^® (MPM) through NARPM, a Property Management Expert^® (PME) through FARPM, Inc. Previous designations also include Residential Management Specialist^®, (RMP) through NARPM and Certified Residential Management Specialist^® through FARPM, Inc. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from LaSalle. His past license experience has also included the LCAM - Licensed Community Association License and a Licensed Mortgage Broker.

As President of Home Property Management, Todd Breen brings a wealth of experience to his clients. While studying in high school and college, Todd worked as a handyman for the company from 1978 to 1985. Graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic College with a BS in Business Administration in 1985, Todd became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and worked as a property manager until 1993 when he purchased the company. A published writer and speaker, Todd contributes articles to the National and Florida Associations of Residential Property Managers. He wrote a trade journal for Property Managers which was published in 1995, and is a founding member of the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers. An innovator in the property management field, Todd is also an investor himself. We are proud to have Todd as a part of our property management team.

Nancy's real estate experience spans 30 years. Her service area now is Brevard County, Florida. She has worked in Commercial Real Estate, multi family properties, single family management and as a consultant to Developers specializing in successful marketing strategies for leasing properties from construction to full occupancy. Nancy's unique in that her vast experience has touched so many aspects of real estate, not just one specific area.

Professional Experience
In Nancy's 30 years in real estate she has overseen all operations, marketing activity and financial analysis for well over 5,500 apartment units, a few hundred condominium units, and over 280,000 sq ft of Commercial Real Estate. The properties were very unique and different from one another; from a 42-story high rise with commercial space, 870 residential units, and a 154-room hotel in downtown Miami to management of farmworker tax credit housing in Central Florida. Nancy was the Vice President of Property Management for Carlisle Properties representing several multifamily projects and supervising a team of 137 throughout the state of Florida. Carlisle, while under Nancy's direction, primarily due to her unique management style and excellent leadership skills won numerous awards for excellence from the Apartment Association. Nancy also was the Director of Real Estate for a high-volume tourist-driven multi use management portfolio to include commercial, light industrial, high end luxury short term rentals and affordable housing in Key West, Florida. Nancy, has also owned a Real Estate Marketing Consulting company specializing in property management and affordable housing leasing throughout the state of Florida.
